Robin Bellerby

Robin Bellerby, AIA, is a licensed architect with over 30 years of experience and currently serves as the Chief Architecture Officer at Humphreys & Partners Architects—one of the largest multifamily architecture firms in the U.S. In this role, she oversees all architectural operations and risk management activities.

Earlier in her career as a Project Manager, Robin successfully led the completion of more than 10,000 dwelling units, totaling over $1 billion in construction costs for multifamily projects across the country. As a Risk Manager, she is known for her strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to negotiate effectively to protect the firm’s interests.

Robin holds a Bachelor of Environmental Design from Texas A&M University and a Master of Science in Learning & Organizational Change from Northwestern University. She is licensed in multiple states, NCARB certified, LEED® accredited, and a certified facilitator and coach.

Passionate about empowering others, Robin helps individuals and organizations tackle big, complex issues with confidence. She blends decades of architectural experience with a deep knowledge of change management to drive meaningful transformation within organizations and communities.

Outside of work, Robin is an active volunteer with the Junior League of Collin County and frequently provides strategic planning and board development training for nonprofits. With two adult children, she now enjoys empty-nesting in the Dallas area with her husband, Tom, and their rescue Chihuahua, Seymour.
