I understand that cancellation requests received by PSMJ Resources, Inc. at least 45 business days prior to the program are entitled to full refunds. Cancellations received between 44 and 11 business days prior to the program receive a credit letter, good for one year, towards any PSMJ Resources, Inc. program*. Cancellations made 10 or fewer business days prior to the program and/or no–shows are not eligible for refunds or credits. All cancellation, refund and substitution requests must be made via email to education@psmj.com. Please note that credit letters may be applied to any PSMJ Resources, Inc. program, with the exception of the following: in-house training, partner/association programs, or previously registered and/or paid attendees.
Should we ever need to cancel a program due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified by email as soon as possible and will have the option to move to another date or receive a full refund.
I grant PSMJ Resources, Inc. consent to use my image (photographic or video) collected at this event, in future marketing collateral and to share my submitted contact information with the sponsors (if applicable) of this event.
