The ideal candidate is a true leader with a passion for the merger and acquisition business, delivering outstanding value to the customer, and with an eye toward expanding future. We require flexibility, speed of execution, interdepartmental teamwork, and accountability for financial objectives.
If you have successfully initiated both buy-side and sell-side transactions in Mergers and Acquisitions for professional service clients, helped develop M&A strategy, identified acquisition targets or buyer candidates, set valuation expectations, negotiated deal structures, and closed transactions – then we want to hear from you.

The successful candidate will also be able to deliver seminars on the topics of business valuation, ownership transition, mergers and acquisitions, equity compensation, and firm financial management. Experience writing articles in trade publications is a plus.
This is a full-time position in our Newton, MA office, is available immediately, and requires frequent travel.
