Susan has many years of innovative experience in the development, marketing and sales of B-to-B products and services and in her current role she leads PSMJ’s Client Services which provides her the opportunity to do what she loves best – helping people. At the heart of her work is Susan’s desire is to be client focused. Susan enjoys listening to what clients have to say and what they want.
During Susan’s career with PSMJ she has worn many hats and has always stepped into leadership roles as necessary. As a result, Susan knows just about every aspect of PSMJ’s business offerings which helps her determine what product or service is best for each client. Susan enjoys working with a team of dedicated colleagues, many of whom have been with the company for more than 20 years–a testament to PSMJ Resources.
When not working, Susan spends time with her family and friends, walking trails in the woods or reading a good book.
