As the VP of AEC Executive Networks, Sarah orchestrates the strategy behind the PSMJ PRO Network and the AECEO Executive Peer Group Councils. Her approach is characterized by a deep-seated curiosity about customer needs and enthusiasm for experimentation and change, which she views as a catalyst for innovation and growth.

Her tenure spans start-ups to established global entities, working with brands, advertising agencies, and management consulting/research firms. This breadth of experience allows her to discern patterns, forge connections, and champion new ideas while maintaining a customer-centric focus.

A builder at heart, Sarah thrives on cultivating businesses, networks, and the careers of her colleagues and clients. Before joining PSMJ, she led Executive Network Programs at Forrester Research.

Sarah is a certified Prosci Change Management Practitioner and holds certifications in Customer Experience and B2B Marketing from Forrester Research. An alumnus of the College of the Holy Cross, her educational background lays the foundation for her leadership and commitment to fostering a culture of learning and growth within her teams and the broader industry.
