With a wealth of experience in administrative management and a passion for optimizing processes, Lara is instrumental in streamlining our day-to-day operations. She brings a keen eye for detail, strategic thinking, and a collaborative spirit to the role. Lara is committed to identifying areas for enhancement and implementing innovative solutions to drive productivity and satisfaction.

With a background in event management, client delivery, and relationship building, Lara learned communication, efficiency, and organization are key components for success and she’s excited to bring that approach to the PSMJ team.

Outside of PSMJ, Lara enjoys reading, board games, and cooking.
