Emily is the Client Services Coordinator at PSMJ with a focus on consulting engagements. With a dedication to producing quality work, and an emphasis on positive client experience, Emily ensures that our clients are met with support and organization throughout the engagement from beginning to end.
In her role, Emily serves as the main point of contact for our clients, handling data collection, logistics, and facilitating seamless communication between our team and our clients.
Prior to joining PSMJ, Emily was a Clinical Coordinator for New England Donor services, where she stood as the main point of contact in coordinating a successful transplant process. She has utilized her skills of clear communication, proactive problem-solving, and efficient coordination to deliver quality service to our clients.
Outside of work, Emily enjoys spending time with her rescue dog Nora, trying new coffee shops, and exploring new places with loved ones.
