As the Senior Manager of Program Development at PSMJ, Alex is committed to driving excellence and innovation within the education department. With a relentless focus on the “why” behind each program, Alex ensures that every training program is not just informative but also engaging and valuable to attendees and their firms.
In addition to her work on training programs, Alex plays a pivotal role in the development and expansion of PSMJ’s annual conferences, including flagship events like A/E/C THRIVE. Her keen insight into the evolving landscape of the A/E industry allows her to identify new opportunities and continually enhance PSMJ’s offerings to meet the changing needs of professionals in the field.
Prior to joining PSMJ, Alex honed her skills as the Conference Manager for a non-profit firm, where she specialized in connecting marketing strategies with the behavioral science behind consumer decision-making. Her diverse background brings a unique perspective to her role at PSMJ, enabling her to develop innovative and impactful programs that resonate with attendees.
Alex holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business with a Concentration in Marketing from Babson College.
In her free time, Alex enjoys cooking, reading, live music, and traveling as much as possible.
