PSMJ welcomes two new strategy consultants to its growing team.
August 27, 2018 (Newton, MA)—PSMJ Resources, Inc. has welcomed two new consultants, Heather Mathias, IIDA, LEED AP and Denis Beaudin, P.E., to its strategic and growth consulting team. The two experts bring extensive real-world leadership experience in the A/E/C industry to their new roles with PSMJ.
Heather, a former principal at Architect Magazine’s Top 50 firm Hastings Architecture Associates, championed that firm’s strategic planning, recruitment, leadership development, and other key strategic initiatives. Named one of Nashville Business Journal’s 40 Under 40, she was the youngest and only female principal at Hastings. She served as principal-in-charge of high-profile interior architecture projects for clients, including Microsoft, William Morris, Sony Music, Warner Publishing, Pilot Flying J, Lendlease, and Vanderbilt University. Her projects have been published in Interior Design Magazine and Contract Magazine and have won awards from both the American Institute of Architects and the International Interior Design Association.
Denis retired in 2015 as the President of Beaudin Ganze Consulting Engineers, Inc., a multi-office mechanical and electrical engineering and commissioning firm. He spent 24 years leading his former company in business development, strategic planning, leadership development, branch office formation, and internal transitions for various corporate leader positions. Denis was also an early champion for U.S Green Building Council’s (USGBC) LEED™ certification program. Since 1998, Denis has been involved in more than 50 LEED™ certified buildings including six Platinum projects among the Gold and Silver certified projects. He continues to serve on the Urban Land Institute’s national ULI Sustainable Development Council.
