Client 2396: $1.7M EBITDA Mid-Atlantic MEP Engineering Firm – Education & Public Sector Focus –  The Company is a well-established mechanical-electrical-plumbing (MEP) consulting engineering firm in business over 50 years. It specializes in engineering and design of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, and Information Technology Systems for K-12 educational facilities, higher education facilities of all types, municipal buildings, commercial buildings, animal care facilities, retirement facilities, and local governments.

Client 2381: $3M EBITDA West Coast Electrical Engineering Firm – Healthcare Sector Focus – This 20-person electrical engineering firm has been in business over 20 years. The Company specializes in electrical design and engineering services to large healthcare facilities. For new construction and renovation projects, the Company provides all of the engineering necessary for the design, installation, and operation of the electrical systems as part of an overall building design. Client 2158 is a 21-person firm that has in-house CAD and BIM capabilities with a range of service offerings including architecture, interior design, planning, project management, owner representation, LEED/sustainable design, and feasibility studies. Client 2373: Founded over 20 years ago, Client 2373 has built a foundation of high-end, long-term client relationships and is strategically positioned for continued significant growth. This ~25-person full-service architecture, interior design, and FFE Procurement firm based in the Midwest. Our client is particularly active in restaurant, entertainment and hospitality markets. Their clients represent a well-diversified group, including multi-unit restaurants across the US. Among the list are many nationally recognized names. Of particular note, the company has advanced experience in being a client’s single source from the beginning of the project for all design and implementation needs in the highly specialized hospitality and entertainment sectors.

Client 2417: Client 2417 is an established >120-person full-service engineering, design build, & construction firm based in the Midwest.
