The second suite in the Best Practices in A/E/C Project Management course, Planning The Project, is a series of five modules on a variety of critical topics for architecture and engineering project managers. This suite begins with a module on critical success factors, scope of services and work breakdown structure, followed by modules on important PM-related topics, including scheduling the project, organizing the project team, preparing a project financial plan, and developing a project management plan.
