About the presenters:

Pam Ingram: Coming from a background of operations, ERP implementations, business analysis, organizational development and change leadership Pamela Ingram brings a unique perspective to the issues encountered in software implementations and change initiatives. In addition to providing top level project management to Unanet A/E (formerly Clearview InFocus) clients, Pam’s specialty is addressing the human factors of implementation success, including culture shifts, process and training. With an educational background in psychology and over 20 years of experience in the A/E space Pam understands the unique needs of project based organizations and the challenges of working with a highly utilized workforce.

Dan Cutter:  Dan is the President of CD Companies, a Principal, and holds a position on its Board of Directors. He supervises all senior management in the company and drives the long-term goals and vision for the organization. He brings over 30 years of experience at CD Companies in a diverse history of roles, including structural engineering, civil / site development throughout the U.S. project management, account management and the management of several departments. He is recognized for his ability to supervise the architectural/engineering/management team, maintaining a company focus on meeting our commitments, and finding creative solutions to challenging problems.
