Jon H. Kessler possesses diverse experience in finance and accounting, risk management, and AEC mergers and acquisition deal negotiations and structuring means firm leaders benefit from his unique insights and counsel in developing value maximization, ownership transition, and exit strategies. Jon managed his firm’s partnership with a private equity firm creating significant shareholder value as well executed several buy‐side mergers and acquisition deals ranging in size from $5 million to more than $60 million. Jon was also responsible for all onboarding and integration activities.
Jon has built significant experience in mergers and acquisitions, finance, and private equity transactions from his role as the Executive Vice President and Director of Business Development in charge of M&A for GFT, an ENR top 20 AEC industry firm, and from his 9-year term as Gannett Flemnig’s CFO.
Jon holds a BS/BA in Accounting from the University of Delaware, and is a CPA licensed in Pennsylvania.
