Your Bootcamp Will Be Led by One of the Following Instructors:

David Burstein, P.E. has 30 years of design firm experience in numerous management positions; he was president of a 100-person planning company and of a 1,800-person engineering company. As a PSMJ consultant for the past 10 years, David has helped hundreds of design firms achieve breakthrough improvements in their businesses. In addition, he has written three books on design firm management and delivered hundreds of seminars on the subject.

Michael D’Alessandro, P.E., PMP, has worked in the design and construction industry for nearly 25 years. For 17 years, he was Manager of Projects and Design/Build initiatives with Parsons Infrastructure and Technology Group. He also served as a member of the firm’s Quality Council and led efforts to improve client satisfaction and design productivity. As a PSMJ consultant, he has trained thousands of project managers and provided consulting services to more than 200 A/E/C organizations, in both private and public sectors.

Tim Griffin. P.E., CEM has experience in leadership positions in both small and medium size A&E firms and has held a variety of positions including Division Manager. He also worked in business development, and has developed and lead leadership training programs. He also has cultivated new business units and helped firms expand into international markets. Tim graduated with a degree in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina State University and received an MBA from Colorado State University.

Frank Stasiowski, FAIA is founder and CEO of PSMJ Resources, Inc. For over 30 years, Frank has assisted A/E/C firms in the U.S., Canada, Australia, and Great Britain to dramatically improve, their business success. He has authored numerous books on the management of A/E/C firms and has presented hundreds of seminars on various management topics including strategic planning, marketing, project delivery, human resources, finance, and leadership/ownership transition.

Cancellations received in writing at least 30 days prior to the program receive full refunds. Cancellations received in writing at least 11 days prior to the program receive a credit letter, good for 6 months, towards any PSMJ program or product. Cancellations made 10 or fewer days prior to the program and/or no-shows are not eligible for refunds or credits. You may substitute attendees at any time.

Team discount cannot be combined with the early bird discount. 3 Attendees Discount – First two registrations are at full price and the third one is at 50% off the full price. 4 Attendees Discount – First three registrations are at full price and the fourth one is FREE. 5 Or More Attendees Discount – First three registrations are at full price, the fourth one is FREE and the fifth one and each additional registration are at 25% off the full price each.
