PSMJ RESOURCES, INC. ANNOUNCES WINNERS OF 1ST ANNUAL PREMIER AWARD FOR CLIENT SATISFACTION

NEWTON, MA, March 5, 2010 - PSMJ Resources, Inc, the premier management consulting firm for the architecture/ engineering/construction (A/E/C) industry, recently announced the winners of its 1st Annual Premier Award for Client Satisfaction. The Premier Award, presented in partnership with Design Facilitator, honors A/E/C firms that provide their clients with top quality communications, impressive performance, and cost effective solutions.

In addition, several honorable mention awards were given to those firms who were ranked at the top of each individual category. In addition to winning the Premier Award, Eramosa Engineering, Inc., Hart & Hickman, PC, Sunrise Engineering, Inc., and Tanimura & Associates were recognized at the top of the Helpfulness, Accuracy, Budget, and Scope and Fees categories, respectively. The remaining honorable mentions were awarded to:

In its first year, the Premier Award participants included 43 firms from the United States, Canada and Australia, many with international offices, making this a truly international competition. The firms ranged from 25 to 3,000 employees, and included architects, engineers, geo-scientists, environmental consultants, and financial, creating a diverse cross-section of professional services.

Winners were selected based on both the quality of feedback received and the quantity of replies. Feedback quality is measured by score, but also by consistency and the ability to avoid abnormally low scores. The average evaluation of the award winning firms as a group centered in the range of “Exceeded Expectations” thus, making them significantly more client-focused than the other firms. In fact, none of the identified winners had a single score below “Acceptable.”

In celebration of this achievement, PSMJ Resources will formally recognize the Premier Award winners at their Circle of Excellence Conference in San Diego, CA, September 22-23.
