PSMJ Announces Buzz Aldrin, Former U.S. Astronaut, Will Give Keynote Speech at Circle of Excellence Conference
PSMJ is pleased to announce that Buzz Aldrin, former U.S. astronaut, has accepted the keynote speaking slot at PSMJ's Circle of Excellence Conference in San Diego September 23-24, 2010. Buzz will recount his experiences as a US Astronaut to the audience and inspire them to reach for the stars in order to become top performing A/E/C firms in the industry.
PSMJ's Circle of Excellence celebrates the best performing A/E/C firms in North America, based upon a comprehensive performance review conducted by PSMJ, and gives attendees the opportunity to hear the secrets of the success of these firms directly from their leaders.
On September 23-24, 2010 in San Diego, CA, PSMJ presents a packed two-day schedule of events, with 8-hours of advice and real-life experiences directly from our 2010

About Buzz Aldrin
Buzz Aldrin, a decorated Korean War veteran and astronaut, is most famous for walking on the moon with Neil Armstrong on July 20, 1969. They spent 21 hours on the lunar surface and returned with 46 pounds of moon rocks. The largest worldwide television audience – an estimated 600 million people, witnessed this unprecedented heroic endeavor. Upon returning from the moon, Buzz was decorated with the Presidential Medal of Freedom, the highest American peacetime award and a star on Hollywood’s Walk of Fame.
Since retiring from NASA and the Air Force, Buzz has remained at the forefront of efforts to ensure America’s continued leadership in human space exploration. Buzz continues to chart a course for future space travel from Planet Earth to the moon and on to Mars.
Buzz has also authored several books including a best-selling autobiography, two science fiction novels, and two children’s books. His recent turns on Dancing With The Stars, 30 Rock, and WWE Raw Live are helping to keep space on the forefront of everyone’s minds. His recent trip with President Barack Obama aboard Air Force One to the Space Conference at Kennedy Space Center was testament to how influential his opinions are to the lead decision-makers in Washington.
