The sole purpose of the PSMJ mergers and acquisitions team is to help match up buyers and sellers…and help set the stage for a successful marriage.

In addition to the traditional criteria normally included in the search for a good acquisition candidate, we use our broad understanding of the A/E/C world, plus our experience in working directly with both buyers and sellers, as a resource to factor in characteristics that are intrinsic to a successful marriage. To further ensure a good fit, we employ the use of our proprietary MAAP process to access cultural compatibility and key staff expectations, which are both crucial to postacquisition success.
