Clients will always work with PSMJ's seasoned, senior consultants. All PSMJ consultants have at least 20 years' direct involvement with the design industry in high-level capacities. For instance, PSMJ consultants are: a former engineering firm president, current vice president of a large engineering firm, past principal in a large A/E firm, current Vice President of Business Development for a large engineering firm, college professor/ principal of his own architectural firm, etc.
The process for choosing a professional to work as a PSMJ consultant is rigorous. Although they come to PSMJ with high credentials and experience, each must work with a seasoned PSMJ consultant for several assignments prior to working on their own with PSMJ clients. Each of our consultants has had exposure to all types and sizes of professional A/E/C firms. Each consultant assists only A/E/C firms. Each consultant maintains continuing clients who speak highly of them. In short, they are the "best of the best."
Every engagement is uniquely developed to suit each client's goals. One of our senior consultants may spearhead the engagement, drawing on the talent and expertise of the others, along with specialized associates, to bring the proper blend of resources to bear.
Our philosophy will always be to help clients be the best they can be. PSMJ consulting and customized training fees are established after detailed conversation with you the prospective client. A scope of services is prepared, and a fee-for-services plus expenses (if appropriate) is quoted. We work with "serious" clients who know the value of our years and depth of experience.
