Christopher P. Martersteck, AIA, LEED AP, DBIA With 35 years in the profession, Chris has served as Senior Vice President and Corporate Project Management Director for several international architecture, engineering, and construction services firms, guiding project teams in project and construction management, as well as Integrated Project Delivery/Design-Build projects. Chris has successfully managed technically complex and highly accelerated award-winning design-build projects, as well as a full-range of conventional A/E/C projects. He has created customized tools and courses and helped thousands of project managers to better achieve their client and firm goals in his role as a PSMJ project delivery consultant.
William A. Sorrentino, Jr., P.E., PMP, DBIA is a registered professional engineer, a certified project management professional and Design Build certified with over 30 years of design and construction experience. He has held various positions in the industry and travels around the United States advising Government Agencies and A/E Firms in PM practices. Bill’s leadership and recommendations have shaped the way his organization implements and practices project management. As a PSMJ consultant, Bill has trained thousands of project managers and provided consulting services to hundreds of A/E/C organizations.
Patricia M. Huntley, PMP over 25 years of experience to her work with PSMJ. Her career includes the successful planning and execution of a broad range of projects, from small single-discipline projects, to fast-track, design-build projects. She was also a construction management consultant planning the construction of large public and private facilities. As a PSMJ consultant, Patty has worked with numerous firms that were subsequently able to improve their project delivery processes, reduce project write-offs and increase project profitability. She has trained thousands of projects managers in firms throughout the U.S. and Canada on project management, working with firms to assess and improve PM practicesand competencies.
Alan F. Bollinger, P.E. has more than 25 years of experience and is currently Vice President of CH2M–Hill. His extensive project management experience includes project identification, scope and fee development, project team selection and leading the execution of agreed upon work. Measures of success include meeting or exceeding client’s standards for quality, service, responsiveness and project–specific financial measures. He has trained more than 10,000 project managers and program managers in the principles and fundamentals of successful project delivery.
Michael D’Alessandro, P.E., PMP has a BS in Civil Engineering and a Masters in Environmental Engineering, as well as more than 25 years of experience as a consulting engineer and firm leader. He currently serves as Director of Corporate Development for Geosyntec Consultants, Inc., responsible for project delivery, operations systems, and corporate marketing.
