PSMJ’s 2012 AEC Firm U.S. Market Sector Forecast

The industry's most comprehensive overview of each market sector and its outlook for 2012 (and beyond).

The variables are many as the U.S. economy and the A/E/C industry looks ahead to 2012, but recent data from government, financial and market sources indicate that better times are ahead – at least in most sectors and geographic regions.

In PSMJ’s 2012 A/E/C Firm U.S. Market Sector Forecast, we incorporate up-to-the-minute data from more than 20 markets and subsectors served by the A/E/C industry, giving you a clearer and longer-lasting view of what’s in store for 2012.

With PSMJ’s 2012 A/E/C Firm U.S. Market Sector Forecast, you’ll get:

  • The insight and perspective on 2012 from dozens of market sector owners and experts
  • The latest state, regional and national data that matters to A/E/C firms
  • Crucial current and forward-looking information for 2012
  • A must-have tool for strategic planning for next year and beyond

The 2012 Forecast offers you a careful balance of detailed narrative, quantitative and qualitative data and insider insight. Our format is easier to follow than other research publications; you won’t have to slog through pages of narrative to get to the most important kernel of information and you won’t find yourself lost in unsubstantiated, out-of-context streams of numbers. This year, we have more tables, graphics and charts to help communicate the outlook for the year ahead.

PSMJ’s 2012 Forecast also contains far more of the owner’s perspective, giving A/E/C firm principals and marketers a truer sense of direction than you get by simply relying on economists, researchers and peers. You get the scoop straight from the source.

PSMJ’s 2012 A/E/C Firm U.S. Market Sector Forecast includes:

  • Sector-by-sector outlooks for the key markets served by A/E/C firms
  • Top 10 factors likely to influence your business in 2012
  • National and international overviews for 2012
  • A state-by-state rundown, with the likely best and worst markets in each
  • Election 2012 analysis and its anticipated effect on the A/E/C industry
  • The best and worst markets for A/E/C firms in 2012
  • Success strategies for 2012
  • Resources, links and contributor information

In addition to providing you with a comprehensive overview of each market sector and its outlook for 2012 (and beyond), this document offers advice and insight into how your firm can use this market data to improve its performance next year. It is less a market research publication than it is a planning tool – which is why it is so important that we get it into your hands in the fall!
